Working with a shared E-Mail Address
This section describes how to work with commonly used e-mail addresses without violating the usage rules.
In many areas it makes sense for several people to access the same e-mail address in order to ensure a smooth process.
All participants should be able to view and reply to incoming and outgoing e-mails as well as send new e-mails with the corresponding e-mail.
There are two ways to do this:
- for small groups: with the usual e-mail client or webmail
- for larger groups: OTRS ticket system
