Pronto

A short manual for the use of the layout Pronto.

Pronto surface

After logging in on webmail following surface appears:

On the left is the navigation bar which is used to switch between the areas e-mail, contacts, calendar and tasks.

At start, the e-mail area is selected by default.

Behind the profile picture, which is found in the upper left corner of the window, hide the settings for the profile and the logout.

Login

Further settings can be made via the last point (the gear wheel) in the navigation bar.

The surface is kept simple and adheres to the following

Gear WheelThe gear wheel always hides the settings for the selected object, e.g. the calendar, the folder, etc.

Plus Sign

The plus sign indicates the creation and subscription of new folders, e.g. e-mail folders, calendar etc.

The right part of the window is divided into two areas: the folder structure and the workspace. These two depend on the are selected in the navigation bar. More details are described under the individual areas.

E-Mail

 E-Mail View

In the e-mail area, the first column displays your own and subscribed e-mail folders, the second column the e-mails received in the selected folder and in the third column a preview of the selected e-mail.

Gear Wheelhere you can set the access rights for other users for the individual e-mail folders

Plus Sign

here new e-mail folders are created or subscribed to. To subscribe, enter the e-mail address of the owner. Easier via the Login button from the received e-mail (see shared folders).

Above the second column is following toolbar:

INBOX

  1. Close or open the first column with the folder view.
  2. Select the e-mail folder.
  3. Sorting of e-mails according to different criteria.
  4. Change the e-mail view.

The opened windows are closed through clicking on the symbol again.

Above the third column is the button for composing a new e-mail.

All of these commands can also be selected via the context menu (right mouse-button on the desired e-mail).

Calendar

Calendar view

The first column displays the calendars created and subscribed to.

Gear WheelAccess rights and other settings for the selected calendar are set there.

Calendar Edit

The corresponding calendar is published via the "Public Access through Web"-button.

here new calendars are created and subscribed to.

 

In the second column the calendar dates of all ticked calendars are displayed.

 

Today icon

  1. Compose new appointment                                                       Important: The appointment is entered in the active calendar of the first column. The calendar cannot be selected in the dialog window.
  2. Scroll to previous day, week or month (depending on calendar view).
  3. Jumps to today's date in the calendar.
  4. Select any date.
  5. Scroll to the next day, week or month (depending on calendar view).

 Export Calendar

  1. List view
  2. Day view
  3. Week view
  4. Month view
  5. Appointment export/appointment import

Contacts

Contacts view

In the first column all own and subscribed to calendars are displayed.

My domain is not used by us and leads to an error message.

Gear Wheelhere you can set the access rights for other users of the individual contact folders.

Plus Sign

here you can create or subscribe to contact folders.

 

In the second column teh contacts are listed and searched for specific addresses using the magnifying glass.

Export-import contacts

  1. Copy
  2. New contact or contact group
  3. Contact import/contact export.

Tasks

Task view

In the first column all own and subscribed task folders are displayed.

Gear Wheelhere you can set the access rights for other users of the individual task folders.

Plus Sign

here you can create or subscribe to new task folders.

 

Settings

Settings

The general settings for the e-mail account are hidden in the settings, but the rules and the absence message (holiday notification) are also hidden here.
