Information

The IT-Helpdesk of the HRZ is the central contact point for members of the University of Bonn and can be found in the Plaza on the ground floor of the HRZ.

Here you will find a personal consultant who will take care of all your concerns. If possible, problems will be immediately solved at the Helpdesk. Problems that are more complex can be redirected to a more specialized employee of the HRZ.


Consulting via e-mail

Inquiries sent via e-mail will be answered and taken care of as soon as possible. Please make sure to always mention your name and Uni-ID when you send an e-mail to us. Also keep in mind that our services are exclusively available for members of the University of Bonn.

Please make sure that you receive the e-mails sent to "Your_Uni-ID@uni-bonn.de" account, even if you usually receive mails to accounts from other e-mail service providers!
