User requests

Students who are enrolled for the winter semester 2026/2027 should not use this form to apply for a new Uni-ID. They will automatically receive their Uni-ID on time before the lectures start via BASIS. Requests placed here will not be processed.

Please do not place a change request if you are still enrolled. Should you need an emplyoyee Uni-ID but have not received it automatically, you can apply for one from ten days before the start of your contract.

Information for student and research assistants

Student and research assistants will automatically receive Employee Uni-IDs. The login information will be sent per mail to your institute.
