In June 2026, the HRZ Email Support Team will once again be offering training classes on email-related topics. The following courses are available:

Setting up Thunderbird
The session will take place on Thursday, June 11, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. and will cover topics including:

• Account setup
• Setting up aliases and delegated email addresses
• Integrating shared mailboxes
• Integrating calendars (personal and shared)
• Integrating address books (personal and shared)

SOGo Webmail Training
The session will take place on Friday, June 19, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and will cover topics including:

• Editing important settings
• Working with multiple emails
• Search function
• Assignng permissions for collaborative work

All training sessions will take place via Zoom. Meeting details can be found in the HRZ documentation (accessible only via BONNET).
