The IT Helpdesk is the central point of contact for members of the University of Bonn and is located in the plaza on the ground floor of the University IT and Data Center.

The university's cost-cutting measures also necessitate the reduction of services at the University IT and Data Center. This affects the plot service and the helpdesk.
Poster printing will be discontinued on 31 January. Plot orders received by this date will still be processed.
The opening hours of the IT helpdesk will be reduced. From 1 February, the helpdesk will be open Monday to Thursday from 8 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. and on Fridays until 4 p.m. This includes telephone availability.
