A job that suits my life
My occupation at the University IT and Data Center brings me into contact with interesting and varied tasks. Through my projects, I regularly get to work on new and exciting topics. Working part-time with flexible office hours and homeoffice allows me to combine my job with obtaining my doctoral degree. During this, my team always has my back and I can match my research with my professional projects. This way, my familiy does not fall short.
Working at the University IT and Data Center also offers me a permanent placement in public service and thus, a reliable perspective for the future.

Identity Management?
The Identity Management team provides the digital identities for more than 55.000 members of the university. With this we create foundational access to all IT-services of our university and support outstanding research at one the most research focussed Universities of Excellence.
A great team - all the way!
As a new employee, I was warmly welcomed by all colleagues and quickly felt as a part of the team. Being a meterologist, I was supported by my colleagues while getting used to a new field. All of my experiences in the modelling of complex processes and working with large amounts of data are immensely useful for my everyday work. Through my previous work at the University of Bonn, I can view the IT-services from an employee's perspective, which is also an asset to my employer.
