Remote Authentication for PC-Pools
There is an authentication service for PC pools in institutes and facilities of the University of Bonn.
For whom?
Administrators
This service is available to administrators at the University of Bonn.What for?
If you run PC pools and want to authenticate them against the Uni-ID and the associated password, you have the following alternatives:
By using the PAM modules (Linux) or pGina (Windows) you can connect your PC pools to Radius.
An alternative to the Radius connection is the Kerberos service.
