Remote Maintenance for Administrators
The HRZ offers the remote maintenance software ISL-Online for secure access to workstations at the university.

Administrators
This service is intended exclusively for administrators of the institutes.
What for?
Remote Maintenance
This enables administrators to carry out their tasks from their workplace, regardless of where the users they are responsible for are located.
How does it work?
All communication is mediated via the university's servers and is completely end-to-end encrypted. The supervised users can see exactly what is being done at all times and the remote control of their own system can be cancelled at any time.

Operatingsystems
The software runs equally well under Windows, MacOS and Linux, regardless of the operating system of the person supporting it. In addition, Android and iOS devices can also be operated from the workplace.
